PLEASE NOTE: All our products are classed as toys and as such NOT road legal. If you are concerned about where you are allowed to use items such as Ride-on Cars & Jeeps, Battery Bikes, Mini Quads etc please consult your local council for advice. We can only confirm that it is legal to use these items on private land with permission of the land owner
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Back In Stock dates on Pre-Order items are an estimated date and are provided as a guide for when we expect the item to be back in stock, they are not a delivery date (items maybe delivery earlier than the stated date as well as later) and are subject to change without notice.
In the case of Garden Play Equipment we do not advise starting any ground work that may be necesary before you have received your item and can review the manufactures instructions for yourself, we stock many varied products as part of different product ranges, all with different requirements and as such the instructions for each will differ and our customer service team are only able to give general advice on the product ranges. Also items are updated from time to time by the manufacturer and even though we try to keep our website as up to date as possible there are times when the information on the website may differ slightly from that in the manufacturer’s instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur for ground work that you have undertaken in order to fit your trampoline or swing set in cases where any information is incorrect on our website, the product has been updated by the manufacturer, delivery of your item is late or we have to cancel your order due to no stock
Products Or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
All images are for illustration purposes only and though we try to have the most accurate images possible they may not be a true representation of the actual product, some features such as colour, seats etc. may differ from those shown and customers should refer to product description for a list of specific features included.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Trampoline And Swing Set Installation Service
Our home installation service offers a quick, efficient assembly service at your home to ensure that your item is built correctly and without any headaches giving you peace of mind and an afternoon off!
Our Installation service is easy to arrange, simply add Installation to your chosen item (if available) before adding to your basket. Once your order has been processed a member of our specialist installation team will contact you within 14 days to arrange a day and time to install your item at your convenience.
The service we provide is to assemble the product only, fitting ground anchors is not part of the assembly service, even if you have purchased the anchors from ourselves you will be required to fit them once assembly has been finished and the fitter has left
Though we do everything in our power to make this process as quick and easy as possible we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays, including damage in transit, missing or lost boxes or any other problems that could lead to issues for the installation team.
Please Note: The service we provide is to assemble the trampoline or swing set only, we do not do any ground work of any kind and it is your responsibility to clear and prepare the chosen area in readiness for the fitter, if our fitter believes the area chosen for the trampoline or swing set is unsuitable, for example due to the ground being uneven or on a steep slope we reserve the right to refuse to complete the assembly due to health and safety concerns but you will still be charged for the installation in full. If you have purchased anchors fitting these are not part of the assembly service as this is classed as ground work.
Please see Delivery & Returns section for a list of postcodes that are ineligible for installation or contact customer service for more information.
If we are unable to provide the home installation service in your area, whether it is due to scheduling or availability of a fitter in your area, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of this and issue a refund for the installation. If you have any questions regarding the availability of Home Installation in your area please contact customer service before placing your order. This service is dependent on the availability of the fitter and we reserve the right to cancel the service at any time without prior notice.
Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Warranty - Battery Operated Ride-On Toys
All TOYZ N GADGETZ Battery Operated Ride-on Toys (“Ride-On”) come with a 3 months Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) which extends to the original retail purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.
Please Note: Part or model specifications are subject to change without notice. You are required to keep the box the Ride-on was delivered in for the duration of the warranty, failure to do so may invalidate the Warranty.
By purchasing and using your new Battery Operated Ride-on Toy (“Ride-On”) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below.
What the Warranty covers:
- This Warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship which result in the Ride-on malfunctioning.
- The Warranty is only valid if the electric Ride-on is used under normal conditions for its intended purposes by a person who is below the maximum weight as stated by the manufacturer, who properly fits in the toy and is capable of controlling the toy correctly.
- The Warranty is also only valid if the assembly of the Ride-on was performed correctly, the Ride-on has not been modified in any way and has also been maintained correctly and any adjustments that are made are only done in accordance with those described in the owner’s manual provided with the Ride-on
- The Warranty is only valid in the UK
The Warranty does not cover and will be voided if:
- The Ride-on is used in a manner contrary to the instructions as stated in the Owner’s Manual included with the Ride-on
- If the Ride-on is exported outside of the UK
- If the Ride-on is incorrectly assembled
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to incorrect use, misuse, accident or abuse
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to alterations or modifications which have been made to the Ride-on or repairs performed by an unauthorized engineer.
- If the owner of the Ride-on has failed to perform regular, correct maintenance
- If the Ride-on is rented or used for commercial purposes
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship
The Warranty does not cover Batteries, Steering Wheels, cosmetic parts or any other components that wear with use as detailed below:
- Batteries are considered consumable products and also require regular maintenance in order to ensure good battery health, the battery is only covered if you have purchased specific battery warranty
- Steering wheels are not covered as the steering wheel is often used to lift the Ride-on, an action they are not design for and we strongly advise against. We class damaged or broken steering wheels as normal wear and tear and as such they are not covered by the Warranty
- Mirrors, Doors, Body plastics, Stickers & Decals, Decorations & Accessories and Seats & Seat coverings are classed as cosmetic parts and are not considered as essential for the operation of the Ride-on
- Unfortunately items made from moulded plastic may have slight mould irregularities such as small dents in the plastic or scratches, these are an unavoidable side effect of the manufacturing process and happen when the sheet plastic is being moulded into shape. These irregularities are purely cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the toy and as such are not considered a warranty issue.
- Components that wear with use including but not limited to tyres/wheels, wires, chains or belts
In order to rectify any Warranty issues we will:
- Repair and replace parts covered by the Warranty as long as they are caused through manufacturing defect or fault of production which caused the product to malfunction, as well as repair of a fault of the material of the products construction which resulted in the product malfunctioning.
- In order to address Warranty issues we will issue parts that you will be responsible for fitting.
- If parts fail to correct the issue we will action a Service and Repair where we collect the Ride-on and bring it back to our workshop in order to correctly identify the fault and fix the Ride-on. If we are unable to fix the Ride-on after our technicians have investigated the issue and the fault is covered by the Warranty guidelines as stated above we will provide a replacement, if a replacement is not available we will issue store credit.
- In some instances we may invite you to locally source a repair the cost of which we will refund. This may be suggested in order to speed up the repair process or for your convenience.
In order to qualify for a refund of labour costs due to a locally sourced repair the repairs must have been agreed by ourselves beforehand. Any unauthorised repairs will not be eligible for refund, you must also produce a copy of the receipt for any agreed repairs which clearly shows the manufacturing defect, fault or fault of material to the product has been fixed.
We do not issue refunds for products outside of the 14 days refund period.
TOYZ N GADGETZ will not be held liable for incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of the Ride-on product.
Petrol Powered Ride On Warranty
All TOYZ N GADGETZ Petrol Operated Ride-on products (“Petrol Ride-On”) come with a 30 Days Parts only Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) which extends to the original retail purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.

By purchasing and using your new Petrol Operated Ride-on (“Petrol Ride-On”) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below. Further more by purchasing and using the Petrol Ride-on you are stating that you have a working knowledge of petrol engines and have the required skills needed in order to build and maintain this type of product.
As stated on the product page of the petrol ride-on a mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long term maintenance of this product. As with any petrol engine Petrol Ride-ons require consistent maintenance and you will be required to service the engine and fit parts to this product as usage requires. We strongly recommend that should you not have these skills or know a competent person who can help, you do not purchase these items. If you are worried you may not be able to maintain a petrol engine you should not purchase a Petrol Operated Ride-on.
What the Warranty covers:
– This Warranty only covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship which result in the Petrol ride-on malfunctioning.

– If the Petrol ride-on is exported outside of the UK
– If the Petrol ride-on is incorrectly assembled
– If the Petrol ride-on is damaged due to incorrect use, misuse, accident or abuse
– If the Petrol ride-on is damaged due to alterations or modifications which have been made to the Petrol ride-on or repairs performed by an unauthorized engineer.
– If the owner of the Petrol ride-on has failed to perform regular, correct maintenance
– If the Petrol ride-on is rented or used for commercial purposes
– The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other causes not arising from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
The Following (where applicable) are not covered by the warranty:
• Chains & Bts
• Fairings and bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)
• Pull Starts
• Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes
• Spark Plugs
• Any accidental damage or damage caused through neglect or normal Wear and Tear
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by lack of/insufficient maintenance
• Changes or modifications made to the item
• Stickers & Decals, Decorations & Accessories and Seats & Seat coverings that are classed as cosmetic parts and other cosmetic damage which aren’t considered as essential for the operation of the Petrol Ride-on
In order to rectify any Warranty issues we will:
– Repair and replace parts covered by the Warranty as long as they are caused through manufacturing defect or fault of production which caused the product to malfunction, as well as repair of a fault of the material of the products construction which resulted in the product malfunctioning.
– In order to address Warranty issues we will issue parts that you will be responsible for fitting.
We do not issue refunds for products rhat have been used and outside of the 14 days refund period, and any refunds within this period are only giving for unused items that are still in their original packaging.
TOYZ N GADGETZ will not be held liable for incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of the Petrol Ride-on.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

In the case of Garden Play Equipment we do not advise starting any ground work that may be necesary before you have received your item and can review the manufactures instructions for yourself, we stock many varied products as part of different product ranges, all with different requirements and as such the instructions for each will differ and our customer service team are only able to give general advice on the product ranges. Also items are updated from time to time by the manufacturer and even though we try to keep our website as up to date as possible there are times when the information on the website may differ slightly from that in the manufacturer’s instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur for ground work that you have undertaken in order to fit your trampoline or swing set in cases where any information is incorrect on our website, the product has been updated by the manufacturer, delivery of your item is late or we have to cancel your order due to no stock

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
All images are for illustration purposes only and though we try to have the most accurate images possible they may not be a true representation of the actual product, some features such as colour, seats etc. may differ from those shown and customers should refer to product description for a list of specific features included.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Trampoline And Swing Set Installation Service
Our home installation service offers a quick, efficient assembly service at your home to ensure that your item is built correctly and without any headaches giving you peace of mind and an afternoon off!
Our Installation service is easy to arrange, simply add Installation to your chosen item (if available) before adding to your basket. Once your order has been processed a member of our specialist installation team will contact you within 14 days to arrange a day and time to install your item at your convenience.
The service we provide is to assemble the product only, fitting ground anchors is not part of the assembly service, even if you have purchased the anchors from ourselves you will be required to fit them once assembly has been finished and the fitter has left
Though we do everything in our power to make this process as quick and easy as possible we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays, including damage in transit, missing or lost boxes or any other problems that could lead to issues for the installation team.
Please Note: The service we provide is to assemble the trampoline or swing set only, we do not do any ground work of any kind and it is your responsibility to clear and prepare the chosen area in readiness for the fitter, if our fitter believes the area chosen for the trampoline or swing set is unsuitable, for example due to the ground being uneven or on a steep slope we reserve the right to refuse to complete the assembly due to health and safety concerns but you will still be charged for the installation in full. If you have purchased anchors fitting these are not part of the assembly service as this is classed as ground work.

If we are unable to provide the home installation service in your area, whether it is due to scheduling or availability of a fitter in your area, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of this and issue a refund for the installation. If you have any questions regarding the availability of Home Installation in your area please contact customer service before placing your order. This service is dependent on the availability of the fitter and we reserve the right to cancel the service at any time without prior notice.
Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Warranty - Battery Operated Ride-On Toys
All TOYZ N GADGETZ Battery Operated Ride-on Toys (“Ride-On”) come with a 3 months Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) which extends to the original retail purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.
Please Note: Part or model specifications are subject to change without notice. You are required to keep the box the Ride-on was delivered in for the duration of the warranty, failure to do so may invalidate the Warranty.
By purchasing and using your new Battery Operated Ride-on Toy (“Ride-On”) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below.
What the Warranty covers:
- This Warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship which result in the Ride-on malfunctioning.
- The Warranty is only valid if the electric Ride-on is used under normal conditions for its intended purposes by a person who is below the maximum weight as stated by the manufacturer, who properly fits in the toy and is capable of controlling the toy correctly.
- The Warranty is also only valid if the assembly of the Ride-on was performed correctly, the Ride-on has not been modified in any way and has also been maintained correctly and any adjustments that are made are only done in accordance with those described in the owner’s manual provided with the Ride-on
- The Warranty is only valid in the UK
The Warranty does not cover and will be voided if:
- The Ride-on is used in a manner contrary to the instructions as stated in the Owner’s Manual included with the Ride-on
- If the Ride-on is exported outside of the UK
- If the Ride-on is incorrectly assembled
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to incorrect use, misuse, accident or abuse
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to alterations or modifications which have been made to the Ride-on or repairs performed by an unauthorized engineer.
- If the owner of the Ride-on has failed to perform regular, correct maintenance
- If the Ride-on is rented or used for commercial purposes
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship
The Warranty does not cover Batteries, Steering Wheels, cosmetic parts or any other components that wear with use as detailed below:
- Batteries are considered consumable products and also require regular maintenance in order to ensure good battery health, the battery is only covered if you have purchased specific battery warranty
- Steering wheels are not covered as the steering wheel is often used to lift the Ride-on, an action they are not design for and we strongly advise against. We class damaged or broken steering wheels as normal wear and tear and as such they are not covered by the Warranty
- Mirrors, Doors, Body plastics, Stickers & Decals, Decorations & Accessories and Seats & Seat coverings are classed as cosmetic parts and are not considered as essential for the operation of the Ride-on
- Unfortunately items made from moulded plastic may have slight mould irregularities such as small dents in the plastic or scratches, these are an unavoidable side effect of the manufacturing process and happen when the sheet plastic is being moulded into shape. These irregularities are purely cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the toy and as such are not considered a warranty issue.
- Components that wear with use including but not limited to tyres/wheels, wires, chains or belts
In order to rectify any Warranty issues we will:
- Repair and replace parts covered by the Warranty as long as they are caused through manufacturing defect or fault of production which caused the product to malfunction, as well as repair of a fault of the material of the products construction which resulted in the product malfunctioning.
- In order to address Warranty issues we will issue parts that you will be responsible for fitting.
- If parts fail to correct the issue we will action a Service and Repair where we collect the Ride-on and bring it back to our workshop in order to correctly identify the fault and fix the Ride-on. If we are unable to fix the Ride-on after our technicians have investigated the issue and the fault is covered by the Warranty guidelines as stated above we will provide a replacement, if a replacement is not available we will issue store credit.
- In some instances we may invite you to locally source a repair the cost of which we will refund. This may be suggested in order to speed up the repair process or for your convenience.
In order to qualify for a refund of labour costs due to a locally sourced repair the repairs must have been agreed by ourselves beforehand. Any unauthorised repairs will not be eligible for refund, you must also produce a copy of the receipt for any agreed repairs which clearly shows the manufacturing defect, fault or fault of material to the product has been fixed.
We do not issue refunds for products outside of the 14 days refund period.
TOYZ N GADGETZ will not be held liable for incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of the Ride-on product.
Petrol Powered Ride On Warranty
All TOYZ N GADGETZ Petrol Operated Ride-on products (“Petrol Ride-On”) come with a 30 Days Parts only Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) which extends to the original retail purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.

By purchasing and using your new Petrol Operated Ride-on (“Petrol Ride-On”) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below. Further more by purchasing and using the Petrol Ride-on you are stating that you have a working knowledge of petrol engines and have the required skills needed in order to build and maintain this type of product.
As stated on the product page of the petrol ride-on a mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long term maintenance of this product. As with any petrol engine Petrol Ride-ons require consistent maintenance and you will be required to service the engine and fit parts to this product as usage requires. We strongly recommend that should you not have these skills or know a competent person who can help, you do not purchase these items. If you are worried you may not be able to maintain a petrol engine you should not purchase a Petrol Operated Ride-on.
What the Warranty covers:
– This Warranty only covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship which result in the Petrol ride-on malfunctioning.

– The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other causes not arising from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
The Following (where applicable) are not covered by the warranty:
• Chains & Bts
• Fairings and bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)
• Pull Starts
• Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes
• Spark Plugs
• Any accidental damage or damage caused through neglect or normal Wear and Tear
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by lack of/insufficient maintenance
• Changes or modifications made to the item
• Stickers & Decals, Decorations & Accessories and Seats & Seat coverings that are classed as cosmetic parts and other cosmetic damage which aren’t considered as essential for the operation of the Petrol Ride-on
In order to rectify any Warranty issues we will:
– Repair and replace parts covered by the Warranty as long as they are caused through manufacturing defect or fault of production which caused the product to malfunction, as well as repair of a fault of the material of the products construction which resulted in the product malfunctioning.
– In order to address Warranty issues we will issue parts that you will be responsible for fitting.
We do not issue refunds for products rhat have been used and outside of the 14 days refund period, and any refunds within this period are only giving for unused items that are still in their original packaging.
TOYZ N GADGETZ will not be held liable for incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of the Petrol Ride-on.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
